Building and inspiring dynamic, high performing teams has never been more important. The challenging economic climate, as well as a more fluid global workplace, dictates dynamic and flexible interactions with and within corporate teams. This program builds upon existing skills & team strengths, adding additional capabilities and creates a greater value-awareness of dynamic team development, whether local or virtual.
The “Building & Inspiring Dynamic Teams” workshop will be of particular value to:

- Executives, managers, & team leads who desire enhancement and mastery of skills to build and inspire great teams;

- Individuals with a passion for uncovering their own inner genius and the same within their teams;
- Organizations and Individuals seeking to leverage the strength of diverse social & business cultural backgrounds within their teams
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Develop their own model of building and inspiring a dynamic team that drives increased performance;
- Understand, identify & remove unsustainable barriers within teams through facilitated exercises
- Understand cross-cultural (social & business) effects within teams and develop strategies to leverage this diversity to build strength within the team
- Develop their own team and peer coaching methods, models, and styles;
- Develop effective feedback & feed-forward process for their teams.
